用途及特点
DX20 型活塞环数控侧边定位磨床是集国内外目前手动机床之优点，采用数控装置和伺服电机自行设计制造的专用自动机床。其特点有：
1 、利用伺服电机和滚珠丝杆及直线轴承将活塞环通过过渡套一并送进加工套里（约80mm 轴向长度）。即压料系统和送料系统（二轴）。
2 、完成好送料后，由伺服电机保持环的轴向位置不变。再由推料伺服电机将环推到成型金刚石砂轮上方进行磨加工。
3 、砂轮形状可根据加工环圆弧大小而定制，砂轮高低可调整（微调）。
4 、本机床采用广数980 数控系统，日本安川伺服电机和驱动器。
5 、电气柜采用热交换器（空调）制冷，除湿。
6 、本机床砂轮处备有吸尘口，由客户进行除尘接口。
